How to check delivery times?

Air delivery usually takes up to 14 days while Sea delivery is up to 8 weeks.

To find out the delivery time to your recepient address, please follow the link and indicate the city of dispatch and the receipient address of the parcel.

How to track a parcel?

Please enter your parcel number on the tracking page and you will find the delivery status of your parcel.

You can also call Meest Canada toll-free +1 800-361-7345 and give the tracking number of the parcel to a customer service representative who will check its location. You can also email us the tracking number of your package at info.canada@meest.com with "Shipping or Tracking inquiry" in the subject line - our support team will provide information about your package by email.

What are addresses and hours of Meest branches?

You can find the nearest Meest branch or agent in Canada using the branch map. You will also be able to find out what services are provided at the branch or agent's location, and what their hours are.

How to request a courier?

To request a courier, please call a Customer Support Rep at +1800-361-7345 and we will provide you with one closest to your location.

What are the benefits of creating a personal account on our Meest Portal?

To create a personal account on the Meest portal, you need to register using the link, and confirm your email in the confirmation email you will receive after registration.

How are customs and brokerage fees calculated?

When sending parcels from Ukraine to Canada, the recipient pays the duty. If the sent parcel has a declared value up to 20 Canadian dollars, it is not subject to duty.

Customs calculates the amount of duty. The percentage of duty ranges from 0 to 18% depending on the goods sent.

For every package that enters Canada, and costs more than 20 Canadian dollars, customs clearance is required which is a service provided by a customs broker. For customs clearance of goods, the broker charges a payment (brokerage fee). In turn, the customs broker acts on behalf of the Canadian government.

If you send a parcel to Ukraine, and the declared value of this parcel does not exceed 150€, the recipient will not need to pay duty.

If the parcel is worth more than 150€, when the parcel arrives at the destination, the recipient pays a fee. The fee is calculated using the following method: Parcel value - 150 euros = 10% duty and 20% VAT

How to deliver a parcel from Ukraine to Canada?

Meest delivers parcels from Ukraine to Canada, and the USA. Use the Meest service if you:

  • Left Ukraine and are temporarily abroad
  • Are a business that resumed its work in Ukraine, and have the ability to send goods abroad

How to send a parcel from Ukraine so that the recipient pays for the delivery in Canada?

To do this, you need to contact the Meest support service in Canada at +1-800-361-7345 toll free to register an order for sending a parcel from Ukraine. The support service will register the parcel and provide you with a special code. This code must be reported to the sender. The sender comes to the department from which the parcel will be sent, calls the code and sends the parcel. The recipient will pay for the parcel on the day it is received.

You also have the opportunity to call a Meest courier in Ukraine, who will take your package from your home or office. To do this, call 067432707, 0504327707, or 0934327707.

How to send money to Ukraine?

If you want to send money from Canada to Ukraine, you can do this at a Meest office, through a representative, or online at the Meest Portal.

If a Meest representative or office is nearby, you can make a money transfer to a bank branch (PrivatBank or Aval), in addition to Privat24 or with courier delivery of cash to the recipient's address. The recipient in Ukraine will receive the money at the bank branch or in the application the very next day. If you have chosen home delivery of cash, the money will be delivered by courier in a few days.

If the Meest representative or office is far away, it will be more convenient to register on the Meest portal at the link and make a money transfer up to 700 USD (transfer and delivery fees are paid additionally). Payment for the transfer online is made through Interac Online in Canadian dollars. The recipient from Ukraine will receive money for a bank branch the very next day. If you choose courier delivery of cash to your home, the money will be delivered in a few days.

Important, please note - to receive a money transfer at a bank, a bank account or card is not required!

You can make money transfers in the amount of UAH 400,000 (approximately USD 10,000) per recipient in one banking day. PrivatBank and Aval pay money transfers in hryvnias or US dollars - up to $10,000 per day per recipient. If the option of courier home delivery of cash is selected, the recipient can receive money in hryvnia, US dollars or Canadian dollars.

How to send documents to Ukraine?

You can send documents to Ukraine through representatives or the Meest head office in Toronto. Documents are delivered to Ukraine as a letter of instruction.

How to send a smartphone to Ukraine?

You can send the phone via Meest. To be shipped by air, the mobile phone must be packaged as a separate package, in accordance with air transport security regulations, because mobile phones (like laptops, tablets) include lithium-ion batteries, which are considered explosives. All air parcels are scanned at the airport before being sent, and the security service may detain parcels that do not meet air security requirements.

How to send a car from Ukraine?

Meest does not ship vehicles to Canada.

How can I get food from the USA, Europe or China? What is the best option?

Can I ship used or new electronics/devices?

If you want to send equipment from Ukraine to Canada, please note that in Canada the voltage is 120 W, and in Ukraine 220 W.

You can easily send equipment like phones or laptops. If you want to send a laptop or phone from Ukraine to Canada, or from Canada to Ukraine, be sure to pack the equipment in a separate package and indicate in the description of the package that it contains a lithium-ion battery. Sending equipment with batteries is prohibited.

Can I send food from Canada to Ukraine?

You can send almost all factory-packaged food from Canada to Ukraine, except for alcoholic beverages, and the products listed on this list

Please note that alcoholic beverages are not allowed to be shipped.

Please note that one parcel must contain no more than 10 kg of food.

Can I send military equipment?

Meest does not send military and technical equipment. But you can send military uniforms, first aid kits, tourniquets, etc.

What should I do if my shipment from Canada to Ukraine is damaged or lost?

In all cases when the package is damaged, lost or received with inappropriate declared content, you can file a claim using the link on the website, select “Complaint” in the subject of the recall, and in the "message" field, state the essence of the problem and the amount of damage caused. A photo must be attached to the appeal.
