- we accept the car, process it and provide you with an invoice and a car acceptance act
- you pay within 3 days after the car is picked up. We accept various forms of payment: cash, bank checks, bank transfers, credit cards (a 2.7% commission applies to transactions with domestic credit cards).
- we deliver your car within the specified time frame
- we will provide you with a container number with your car. You can track its path on various tracking sites, such as https://www.track-trace.com/container

If the vehicle is in another part of Canada (running or not):
- fill out the form to estimate the tariff and delivery terms
- if you are satisfied with the delivery price, confirm it by replying to the letter with an estimate of the delivery time and cost
- we come to you, accept the car, arrange it, and provide you with an invoice and a certificate of acceptance of the car
- you pay within 3 days after picking up the car. We accept various forms of payment: cash, bank checks, bank transfers, credit cards (a 2.7% fee applies to domestic credit card transactions).
- after payment of the invoice, we will deliver your car within the specified time
- we will provide you with the number of the container with your car. You will be able to follow its path on various tracking sites, for example, https://www.track-trace.com/container

To send the car, we need to receive the following information:
Car brand
Car model
Graduation year
The cost of the car
Point of departure and final destination
Please note that all vehicles shipped from Canada must be 100% owned by the sender and cannot be leased, loaned, or used as collateral at the time of shipment.

When sending any vehicle, the client must provide the originals of the following documents: Technical passport (Ownership)
Sales document or declaration of value
Passport or photo ID
Used Vehicle Information Package (for USED cars)

For customs clearance, the recipient must submit the following documents:
Technical passport (Ownership)
Sales document or declaration of value
I am giving a notarized copy (if available)
Taxpayer Identification Number (if a company) or Social Security Number (if an individual)
Customs clearance and registration of vehicles is the sole responsibility of the recipient, however our delivery department can assist with some matters. We can also provide contact information for a customs broker in Ukraine.

Additional Information:
When shipping your vehicle abroad, Meest-Canada sends all your export documents to Canadian customs.
The vehicle can be insured for shipment at the rate of 2.5% of its value.
According to safety regulations, your car's fuel tank should contain less than 1/8 of the fuel in the tank, but it should be enough for delivery, loading, unloading and delivery to the gas station after unloading.
If the sender and recipient are different persons, then a sales document will be required.
Upon arrival of the cargo at the destination, port and unloading fees must be paid. Amounts depend on the country of destination.
