The courier took my package. How can I track it?
In the e-mail you will receive two tracking numbers - Canpar and Meest. You can track the Canpar tracking number on the Canpar website canpar.com and when the parcel reaches the Meest head office, you can track it by the Meest tracking number (which starts with the letters CV) at ca.meest.com
What will happen if the courier comes and I am not at home?
If the courier could not find you at home and you want to postpone the courier's call to another day, please call +1-800-361-7345 and inform that you would like to postpone the date of collection of the package. Meest Support will help you.
Can the courier pick up the package at an address other than my home address?
You can order home pick-up via courier ONLY TO YOUR HOME ADDRESS. If you live in a multi-story building/condo, you MUST provide the buzz code for entry.
IMPORTANT The courier of our partner CANPAR will not communicate with you by phone or SMS before his visit.
Can I order home pick-up on the weekend?
The courier will not be able to pick up your package on a weekend. The courier can come on the next working day, or on any other working day that you specify when placing the order.
What day and time should I expect the pick-up?
The courier can come the next working day, or on any other working day that you specify when placing the order.
The courier's arrival will most probably happen wihin the first half of the working day.
Will meest courier pick my parcel up from my home address?
A courier from our partner CANPAR will come to you. The person will pick up your parcel the next working day during working hours, or on the working day you specified. The parcel will be delivered to the head office of Meest, and quickly sent to the recipient's address.

How do I order a courier home pick-up?
- Register or log in to the Meest portal.
- Register your package on the Meest portal. Choose HOME PICK-UP BY CANPAR, use your home address as a pick-up address, and select a working day for the courier to come.
- Pay for your package on the Meest portal.
- You will receive a barcode by email. Print it and stick it to your package.
- The courier from our partner CANPAR will pick up your package the next working day during working hours or on the working day you specified.

Can I drop off my parcel at Meest local agency after filling out online declaration?
Yes, however not all agents are using Meest Portal software. Please use only those agencies that are listed on the map that you see upon completion of your new parcel request.
Is there a fee for registering on Meest Portal?
There is no registration fee. You pay only for shipping and delivery services.
What is Meest Portal?
Meest Portal is an online platform that allows you to send parcels from the United States or Canada to Ukraine, Eastern Europe and Central Asia. By registering, you will be able to create an online customs declaration, see history of your shipments, save delivery addresses, review account balance and much more. Meest Portal also allows you to estimate shipping cost. You will be able to choose delivery type and method, and compare shipping cost.
How do I drop off my package at Canada Post?
In order to drop off your parcel:
- Simply print your Canada Post label, which you received by email.
- Attach it to you parcel.
- Choose closest Canada Post location, by clicking here.
- Bring your parcel.
I can’t find my local agent on the map, why aren’t they included?
We are adding new locations continuously. Some of our agents are not using Meest Portal software at this time. Please contact us at 1-800-361-7345 to locate the nearest participating agent.
How do I print my shipping label? Where is my shipping label?
Shipping label will be mailed to your e-mail address immediately after your new parcel request is completed. Make sure to fill out all mandatory fields. Your request is not completed until confirmation window pops up.
Can I pay online?
Of course, after creating the parcel you can pay for your shipment either by debit or credit card.

Can I send a money transfer too?
Absolutely, by using Meest Portal you can also send money transfers to Ukraine to a bank (PrivatBank or Aval) in USD, or with Cash-to-Home Delivery in CAD, USD or UAH. If you send money to a bank, no bank account or bank card is needed for the recipient.
