How to order home pick-up:
- Register or log in to the Meest portal.
- Register your package on the Meest portal. Choose HOME PICK-UP BY CANPAR, use your home address as a pick-up address, and select a working day for the courier to come.
- Pay for your package on the Meest portal.
- You will receive a barcode by email. Print it and stick it to your package.
- The courier from our partner CANPAR will pick up your package the next working day during working hours or on the working day you specified.
- Register or log in to the Meest portal.
- Register your package on the Meest portal. Choose HOME PICK-UP BY CANPAR, use your home address as a pick-up address, and select a working day for the courier to come.
- Pay for your package on the Meest portal.
- You will receive a barcode by email. Print it and stick it to your package.
- The courier from our partner CANPAR will pick up your package the next working day during working hours or on the working day you specified.
IMPORTANT The courier from our partner CANPAR will not contact you by phone / sms prior to his visit.
A courier from our partner CANPAR will come to you. The person will pick up your parcel the next working day during working hours, or on the working day you specified. The parcel will be delivered to the head office of Meest, and quickly sent to the recipient's address.

The courier can come the next working day, or on any other working day that you specify when placing the order.
The courier's arrival will most probably happen wihin the first half of the working day.
The courier will not be able to pick up your package on a weekend. The courier can come on the next working day, or on any other working day that you specify when placing the order.
You can order home pick-up via courier ONLY TO YOUR HOME ADDRESS. If you live in a multi-story building/condo, you MUST provide the buzz code for entry.

The barcode you will receive in the email will need to be printed and stuck on the box. If you don't have a printer at home, you can visit any Staples store near you stores.staples.com. Boxes without a barcode cannot be picked up by the courier and delivered.
If the courier could not find you at home and you want to postpone the courier's call to another day, please call +1-800-361-7345 and inform that you would like to postpone the date of collection of the package. Meest Support will help you.
In the e-mail you will receive two tracking numbers - Canpar and Meest. You can track the Canpar tracking number on the Canpar website canpar.com and when the parcel reaches the Meest head office, you can track it by the Meest tracking number (which starts with the letters CV) at ca.meest.com
