Sending a Parcel to Canada with Meest Is Simple
Follow these steps:
- Ensure the contents are allowed for shipping.
- Complete the shipment online or at a branch.
- Pay the delivery fee based on the tariff or complete the post-payment form beforehand to pay for your parcel in Canada https://ca.meest.com/register-incoming-shipment
Note: Parcels must have valid recipients and addresses; Canadian Customs will confiscate suspicious items or items forbidden for shipping to Canada.
Prohibited Items for Shipping to Canada
When preparing your shipment, ensure it doesn't fall into the list of prohibited items for import into Canada. Here's a list of what you cannot send to Canada:
- Guns, bullets, and cutting tools.
- Bombs, easily ignited materials.
- War gear and military identification.
- Spray products.
- Drugs and medications.
- Items of national heritage.
- Seeds.
- Food items (excluding candy and chocolates).
- Sports nutrition products.

All air parcels undergo scanning at the airport before dispatch, and the security service may detain parcels that do not meet aviation security requirements.
