Meest Canada is pleased to support the State Enterprise “Document” and welcomes the launch of the “Passport Service” branch in Toronto, which begins operating in test mode on November 24, 2025, at 97 Six Point Rd, Etobicoke, ON M8Z 2X3.

We highly value the joint efforts of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine, the State Migration Service of Ukraine, and the Consulate General of Ukraine in Toronto, thanks to which Ukrainians residing in Canada now have improved access to timely and convenient passport services.

As a long-standing partner of the Ukrainian community and supporter of state initiatives abroad, Meest Canada is committed to making each visit to the "Passport Service" even more beneficial for citizens.

Special Offer from Meest Canada

Every visitor who completes passport-related services at the Passport Servicebranch located at 97 Six Point Rd, Etobicoke, is eligible to receive a discount on international parcel shipping from the Meest office located at the same address. The discount applies to all personal parcels sent to family or friends, regardless of the destination country.
