Meest, with the support of the BCU Foundation, has been sending approximately 12,000 kilograms of humanitarian aid to Ukraine every day, since the beginning of the war. Although we are so thankful for your incredibly generous donations, we inform you that the Meest Main Office and Meest agents will no longer be able to accept unlimited, free shipments to Ukraine.
As of March 16, 2022, free shipping will be limited to 1-2 parcels per day, which must ONLY contain the following, in order to best assist the people of Ukraine:
• Medicine for hospitals
• First aid kits
• Military first aid kits
If you plan to send any targeted packages (except medicines) to a CHARITY, there is currently a special shipping rate - CAD 5 per kg. Please include the name of the organization, address and telephone number.
If you plan to send any other targeted packages to a SPECIFIC PERSON, the package will be shipped at our usual, standard rates. Detailed information can be found here: https://ca.meest.com/services/service/delivery-to-ukraine
Meest would be happy to have unlimited resources to help Ukraine, but it’s unfortunately not possible at this time. We thank everyone for their understanding and please know we will continue to work hard for you and our courageous people until we are victorious in this war!
