Meest Corporation Inc. was founded in Toronto in 1989 with the goal of connecting the Ukrainian diaspora in Canada with Ukraine. The company's founder believed it was important to provide Ukrainian emigrants with the opportunity to send packages home to support their family and friends.
Today, Meest operates in more than 20 countries around the world and is a leader in providing international parcel delivery, commercial cargo, grocery packages, money transfers and online shopping services in Ukraine, Europe and Central Asia. There are over 500 Meest offices in North America and over 250 in Europe. To achieve its original goal of strengthening ties between Ukraine and the diaspora in Canada, Meest has become the main sponsor of sending humanitarian aid to Ukraine from Canada to many charitable organizations.
Since the beginning of the war in Ukraine, Meest has sent more than 500,000 kg of humanitarian aid free of charge. By uniting people on different continents, Meest has become exactly the "bridge" that provides comprehensive communication between Ukrainians in all the countries where we work.
