To pack a person-to-person package safely and correctly, follow these steps:

3. Fill Empty Spaces: Add crumpled paper, foam, or air cushions to stop items from moving.

When the parcel from Canada arrives to India, indian customs will contact the recepient and request the soft copy of recepient's passport or AHAR card. Upon providing the documents, the parcel will undergo customs clearance and will be released for delivery. Customs duties may or may not be applied depending on the estimated value and contents of the parcel.
